I have set several appointments after confirming and the dentist just didn't show up or canceled without contacting me. Everytime I have spent several hours in the waiting room to find out after. Worst service ever.

I made my appointment a month ago. I sat in that office today for 2 HOURS just for the lady at the front desk to tell me I could not be seen that day because she over booked for that day. I explained to her that I am a student, I work, and I am a breastfeeding mother and alot of preparation went into me making this appointment. I asked if there was anyway I could keep my appointment. Not only did she not care and was rude but then told me I would not be seen for another month. I will never go to this unorganized unprofessional office EVER again. Update I called the one on coffee. They got me in the same day. They were so great. Go there.

I went to a cleaning and they didn't do anything to me because they wanted to charge me $1,845.00 dlls. Because they wanted me to buy them a gel and a cover to use at night, because according to her my teeth were knocking at night... But my question was and that has to do with cleaning , because they can't do it to me without having to buy that first.

Staff is always friendly, I went in for a cleaning at 2 and was put before 2:30. The hygienist Kris Yoon did such an awesome job, she's super sweet, and when she used the needle to numb my gums it didn't hurt at all!
