Went into the Office to get an appointment. They gave me an appointment date and paperwork to fill out then I left. Got a call later stating they're not taking new patients. How rude!

Very unprofessional. Receptionist who answers phone is very rude. If my daughter didn't have to go here because of insurance..she would not. Daughter is mentally ill and staff wouldn't let us in with her. They sent her home once because blood pressure was too high 2nd time surgeon's not in . 3rd time my daughter's in urgent care and I gave them doctors note and they tried to charge us. Then they said if she didn't show up again they cancel her!! Now finally, shes going in and it is a different time then what was scheduled. However, they say no. I must have wrote it down wrong. All the while the girl is very rude and talking over me. Never again.

Setting up an appointment was so easy and not stressful at all. I spoke with the receptionist Rita, she was so nice and was very patient over the phone when I spoke to her about what I needed to be seen for. Would definitely recommend this office.

This place should get investigated. They should be closed. There is no customer service, no professionalism. The lady who I assume is the office manager doesn't even let a person speak and doesn't explain anything well. I asked her why my husband's appointment got cancelled and she came at me with " I can't work 24 hours a day waiting on you". Then she said " I was trying to explain" after she told my husband she spoke no spanish. Then how was she trying to explain anyyhing? This lady is just like angry at life and seems to take out her frustrations on anyone she comes across. I don't mean to down talk anyone, but some of these receptionists/dental office managers feel so high and mighty with their little minimum wage jobs. You never see this type of treatment at dental places in the Rosedale/Stockdale area. Que triste, nuestra propia raza nos discrimina. I will take my private insurance and co pays else where. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!!

Had tooth pulled, bone graft done on June 9th, 2021 and paid for a dental implant!. Sent to Millennium Dental Center for consultation for dental implant, June 12, 2021. Said too soon for consultation and told they would call back with consultation appointment. Never did. I waited. Called them September 18th, 2021. Got consultation and had to get mouth cat-scan. Hand delivered CD of cat-scan to Millennium Dental on September 20th, 2021 and told they would schedule me an appointment in three weeks after Dental Surgeon Heinz reviewed the cat-scan CD. They never called with appointment! Called Millenium today, November 22nd, 2021 @ 1000 am. Receptionist said I didn't have cat-scan done. After heated argument, receptionist found cat-scan cd and said Doctor Heinz still hadn't reviewed it! Said he probably wouldn't review it until after the HOLIDAYS-NEW YEARS!!! EXTREMELY POOR UNRELIBLE BUSINESS!!!
