        Very bad service today, the person who attended me did not help me at all when I contacted the costumer service she told me what she had to do but she did not want to do it and they withheld the money for 5 days

        I had been conducting business in that particular location, because it was really convenient for me! And they were really nice and helpful! Until the last 3 months, they start acting weird, relly rude ! They start complaining about my out state ID! Requesting a California ID! I have a business account and travel a lot in different states! And never had this problem any where alse! 3 times is enough! And only the location inside superior store! I try to get 3chek and they say not able to do it, because of the out state ID! Went to Panama rd branch, and made a large withdraw and get the check too, no problem at all!

        Negative 5 stars. Worst bank I've ever dealt within my entire life they stole my identity years ago and now won't deposit my federal tax refund check into my own account the women at this location barely speaking english and they treated me like I was a criminal like I'm a felon printing federal refund checks in my garage or something I'm a 50-year-old woman never been In trouble like that in my life. They could hire monkeys or my cat and they would have better employees on their hands. They only know how to stick the check through the little machine and if it doesn't work properly they scratch their heads don't know what to do now they're inept illiterate and incapableAnd provide the worst service I've ever experienced I cannot believe the way I was treated by 2 different Wells Fargo branches in the last 2 days it is disgusting and I'm looking for a lawyer
