        This Silvia's Kitchen food truck is phenomenal. I had 3 AL Pastor tacos. The tortillas are hand made by them, no packaged stuff here. Not super fast because it's freshly made quality food. The highest compliment I could make is to say Sylvia's Kitchen is up there with or better than Southern California taco trucks. I highly recommend and will be back multiple times when I return to West Memphis, Arkansas. I would drive from Memphis, Tennessee just to eat Sylvia's.

        Incredible family operated food truck. Have to try the steak tacos made with hand made flour tortillas and stuffed with a flavorful steak combination. Loved the addition of lime wedges to squeeze over your fresh tacos that also helps balance the flavors if you order the HOT sauce. Cant wait to try the tamales since they get plenty of praise and hype!
