        Food was absolute perfection! We shared the calamari which was cooked to perfection. Cajun pasta and potatoe soup. All of it was so good! All the staff we were greeted and served by were friendly and professional! Our server was first class too! Thank you Silus! He was personable, whitty and so attentive to us! We are going back for our anniversary reservations tonight and cannot wait!

        We happened to stumble across this amazing steakhouse while at staying at Southland for the Eclipse. It was my husband's birthday so we took a chance that a casino restaurant might be OK. Were we ever surprised. All three of us got the 8oz filet and our outstanding waitress recommended the bourbon butter which I was reluctant but she didn't steer us wrong. My husband had the lobster bisque which was presented in a bowl full of lobster and the bisque was mixed at the table. We also had a baked potatoes, asparagus and brussel sprouts. The asparagus was nobody's favorite but everything else was a 10/10. The wait staff was fantastic, atmosphere calm and inviting with no feeling that you're right next to a working casino. If you're going to the casino, bring a little extra and enjoy a very special dinner.
