So low in staff they couldnt seat many people. So in this mostly empty restaurant we waited 15 minutes to see our waitress - even though she wasnt waiting on other people. We had to ask for her to be gotten for us. She took our order and then said we are 2 hours behind. Waited another long time for our food to start coming out. It didnt come all at once - just in parts. Utensils took another 10 minutes to arrive so we just got to look at or finger eat what we had. Manager stayed hidden. No discounts. It was truly terrible service and I 100% blame management

The management needs to tweak this restaurants cleanliness. The bathroom floor was sticky causing me grief. Bartt was overworked. He was taking orders, cleaning tables, checking on customers, and sweeping and somehow the floor was STILL filled with trash. Please stop fussing at Bartt and give him a raise. The food was really good except the catfish fell apart. The biscuits were excellent and cooked to perfection! I look forward to experiencing the restaurants improvements on my next visit. I am an avid Cracker Barrel fan. ( 4/62024 approx 4pm)Improvements were made and the food/ biscuits were so good. Our server was the best but I forgot her name. She is rememberable though. She was a younger black lady with butterfly (?) clips across the front of her hair. Thank each and every one of you for being so kind and giving such great service!
