        I ordered a Philly and was served on two hot dog buns. The food was old and we won't be back.

        I dont know why I gave this place another chance. Every time Ive gone, the line has taken 30 minutes for 2 cars to move. The staff is super rude and super dirty. They always seems to catch an attitude for no reason. I wish Dixie queen could be good again, but the west memphis one definitely isnt worth going to. The outside looks like absolute trash and they always tell me Im not allowed to use the walk up window why have it and keep it open, if customers cant use it? I wont be back.

        The wings are great, but if you order the regular fries, there's not a drop of seasoning on them (I'm not referring to the seasoned fries that are breaded)....service is a little rude over the intercom but nicer once we were at the window.
