IHOP

UPDATEManager reached out to me (for a nanosecond I thought he cared) and apologized and offered to supply me with a complementary meal voucher (for another nanosecond I believed him) then no further contact whatsoever!!! NO VOUCHER, NO FOLLOW UP, NO WAY WILL I EVER RETURN !! I suspect he lied to coerce me to remove my bad rating. 3 servers 6 customers I waited and waited and waited by the giant sign that says wait to be seated and all 3 servers made eye contact with me and never came to seat me. Pathetic. Im a good tipper but they will never know that.

Payed over what I should and left out 2 beverages and hashbrowns that cost a fortune and Uber driver was lost and late delivering after I payed extra for quick service and delivery, this was our 3rd time with giving IHOP a chance. Never again!!!! And can't even locate a phone number to call and ask for a refund on what we didn't receive and berry crepes that were ordered and specified no blueberries only strawberries was a total mix up. I'm done with IHOP

Placed order on line, go to pick it up, no, we ain't got your order. I pull it up from my phone. She goes back to the cook, he sats we're out. No phone call, i paid for something i cant get.

Well after not getting served after 45 minutes at the Denny's down the street I left and walked down to IHOP thinking surely they couldn't be as bad as what I just experienced. WRONG! Sat there 40 minutes without even being asked what I wanted to drink, got up and walked out. Of you're traveling thru West Memphis hungry just keep heading East or West, which ever direction you're traveling. Nothing worth stopping for as far as restaurants are concerned at that exit, you'll waste time, energy, and money. Reckon they only clean before an inspection. Petro and Flying J should rent the restaurant spaces to companies that have management that actually cares. Lesson learned!

I gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0 I love IHOPs generally. This location sucks! Yesterday I tried to get lunch, and they never put my order in. After 30 minutes I had to leave. This morning I ordered my usual 2x2x2 with a side of toast. 20 minutes later I get my food, without toast. The gal said she'd get it. 15 minutes later I asked again and they just looked at me and said nothing. You gotta be completely incompetent or you're being bad on purpose. Worst IHOP or restaurant ever.
