Nelson-Berna took amazing care of my mother and my family. They were attentive, caring and handled every detail with the utmost respect and reverence one would expect for a loved one. They also reached out to us after the fact to offer resources and help us through the grieving process. Megan and Elizabeth have my heartfelt gratitude for their exceptional service. They made us feel like family throughout this difficult time helping take some of the burden off. The facility itself was elegant and welcoming, providing as peaceful of an experience as possible.

Faced with difficult decisions while navigating the most heart-wrenching time in my life, we were treated like family at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home every step of the way. Megan was nothing less than professional as she led us through the process of making final preparations for my Dads services. Her kind and compassionate demeanor was comforting as we worked together to honor my Dad one last time. She checked in with us daily and even went above and beyond to ensure we were completely comfortable with every decision. Megan and the staff at Nelson-Berna continued to follow up with our family even after the services.

We used Nelson-Berna for my mothers service and the staff here was incredibly supportive and helpful through this difficult time period. The facility, catering and all of the people involved were fantastic. They also handled my fathers cremation with the same professionalism.
