These are amazing people! They have cremated 2 of our dogs in the last year and have been nothing short of wonderful! The young man that does the cremation is so kind and genuine! They took great care of our babies and made the whole process less difficult than it already was. Thank you so much for being so kind!

I attended a funeral here that can only be described as one of the worst funerals ever orchestrated. The officiant kept calling the deceased by the wrong name, the funeral director kept taking calls in the very crowded lobby during the ceremony, the florist arrived with the arrangements halfway through the ceremony at which point the officiant stopped the service and had her bring them in, and then he proceeded to bring religion into the mix when her family was obviously not religious. All funerals are sad, but this was a particularly tragic death of a young girl, and everything that happened felt very disrespectful to her memory.

Numerous staff members lacked a sense of empathy. Social intelligence/ Social awareness was non existent, the last place this should happen is a funeral home. Disrespectful.
