Karla and her team were outstanding to work with. She meets people on what, for some of us, is the worst day of our lives. She treated us and our wishes with the utmost of love, care and respect. Everyone I spoke too was real helpful, I'm sorry to say Karla was very unprofessional.The times I've called she seemed to be annoyed.Also I asked for some paperwork which she replied "I dont know why you want it you don't need it".Also I asked why wasn't I given a contract for my mother's services she replied "Well I wasnt there to sign so a family member had to sign". I'm in California so trying to deal with everything from here was very frustrating.First of all It should have been sent to my email just like everything was for me to sign and she replied with "My bad" Losing my mom was hard enough then having to deal with the lack of respect Karla had for me is very sad.Thank goodness I don't have to deal with these people anymore.

Our experience was more than satisfactory. Called them and they prepared and worked around all obstacles that were presented. The explanations were detailed as needed. They went above and beyond under the situation that was at hand. Thank you for everything.

A friend of mine has gotten nothing but the run around. Has done nothing they said that they would do and hasn't been there on 2 occasions that she had an appointment with them and didn't bother to call and let her know they wouldn't be there . When it says open 24hours it's not as I found that out myself .
