49 West Apartments

We moved in to 49 West Apartments 2 months ago. There are so many things about this place that we were impressed with. To start, we were met at the office with the smiling face of Harlie. She answered our many questions and was able to show us the actual unit we were interested in and eventually moved into. The day we picked up our keys, Harlie didn't simply just "hand over the keys". She walked me around the complex again, showed me specifically where my mail box was, and took me over to the unit, again. She had a packet of very helpful information. Vicky who also works in the office is very helpful and friendly as well. We have only had 2 very minor issues since we moved in and they were remedied immediately! We even got a follow up call from the custodian just to let us know he was working diligently on our issue. The apartment was very clean when we moved in which isn't always the case with other apartments. I would highly recommend this place and give it 5 stars. We have been very happy with 49 West so far and know we made a good decision to move in here. Ask for Harlie! She is so very warm and welcoming!

I ended up with 49 West after looking at 7 other apartments, and I'm confident I made the best decision. The location is ideal, right between Bentonville and Rogers, with no traffic noise. Plus, it's close to all kinds of restaurants and the Pinnacle Hills Promenade shopping mall. The amenities are equally impressive. There's a resort-style pool, a beautiful lake, a half basketball court, a stylish lounge area, and a well-equipped gym. The office and maintenance staff are also polite and helpful. Even when they're swamped, they go the extra mile to accommodate residents. Harley, in particular, consistently demonstrates exceptional service.
