I am a current tennant in these apartments. I have been here for almost 5 years. There is nothing luxury about these apartments anymore. Don't let the "grand entrance" fool you. These apartments have gotten so bad since they were first built. The appliances, cabinets, and fixtures are very cheaply made, and they break very often. When you call maintenance or the management team to fix anything, they get very upset with you and act like you are bothering them. Things are falling apart here. They fix them just enough for showing to new prospective tenants, but as soon as you sign the lease agreement, you are on your own. Ive been living here for almost 5 years now and this used to be a great place to live. But not anymore. Since this new company bought it and took it over, things have started to fall apart. The present management team is awful, to say the least. All the long-term tenants here have started to move out and find other places to rent. There are so many other places that are better and less expensive than this place. Im looking for somewhere else myself. I wont stay here much longer. Be careful where you rent. Everyone is jumping ship.
To the manager's response on 3/38/24, everything you said is completely false! That's why people are leaving, and that's why you're offering HUGE incentives for new referrals. Your community looks nice from the outside, but the apartments are poorly maintained, and people get frustrated and leave. Handle your business like you should, and you wouldn't have so many issues with tenants.

I am a current resident and proudly so. All of the staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. Stone Manor does maintenance to upkeep the quality of their buildings to ensure a quality and luxury experience. This is also a Neighborhood where you can actually know your neighbors! Most everyone who weve ever talk to is extremely polite and friendly. Nine times out of 10 I can always bet on seeing a cute little dog on a walk anytime I go outside.

Friendly staff working, chimneys and doggy parks. Beautiful neighborhood, especially with all of the stonework.

Stone Manor Apartments are gorgeous and include several amenities. Conveniently located to popular restaurants, pet friendly, and the staff are friendly. Cenorina is quick to respond, and very helpful.
