Edgewood Apartments

If you enjoy your whole apartment smelling like weed and cigarettes then this place is for you! Super cheap but there's definitely reasons for that. Management seems to take care of maintenance problems quickly but that's really the only reason I'm giving three stars. The pool was rarely open during the summer and when it was there were tons of unsupervised children. I could hear my neighbor screaming at her children every single day. If you're desperate for a place to live then it's perfect but if you're wanting a nice Lindsey apartment I would definitely try something different.

There's a reason for the 2.9 star rating. Yes they're cheap, but that's for good reason. They don't actually fix anything. Pool has been closed since the beginning of the season, no reason why. People are without ac, it's 100 degrees outside ffs! They'll come out and "fix" it, which means they'll come look at it, tell you they'll be right back, and then they never come back and mark it as "completed work". Oh but don't worry! They'll power wash the side walk for you! This apartment complex is on its way to being condemned by the city its so stupid bad. Just because the landlord doesn't actually care about their tenants. And why would they? It's just a cash grab, after all. Disgusting. Shameful.
