The older pro shop guy is the most inconsiderate person to deal with. He refuses you on any type or rain check when its clearly going to rain or is raining. Never going to golf here again. The worst excuse of pro shop management Ive ever had to deal with. I paid for 2 golfers on a golf app to play there and have been refused of a rain check after I paid THEIR course to play there, even though it is clearly going to rain and been told to basically figure it out myself. Poor excuse for a pro shop worker.

THERE IS NO WARNING FOR THEIR ROOMATE RULES (verified by office staff) WHEN APPLYING ONLINE PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DENY YOU!!!Was excited to apply as I loved the apartments! We got approved based on our information but then layer got a call later that were denied due to having more than 2 in an apartment not related through blood/ marriage. After being told our applications would be cancelled ($120 in total) the money was still taken out of our accounts. I called and was told we would not be getting our fees refunded even though we had been approved and later denied for something we were not warned about. Very greedy people who only want money

I do not recommend this place for everyone! 1. The apparents quality is so poor. I can hear all my neighbors from all sides + upstairs, its the worst. Im hearing all neighbors noises, who is upstairs, when he takes a shower, when he go to restroom, since when he flush the water I even clearly hearing how this water circulating inside the wall. I clearly hear each one steps on the stairs. I couldnt explain how annoying is wind sound even it is slightly windy outside, but if its a slight storm, inside apartment it sounds like a disaster. 2. The company all time trying to charge from you an extra money. They created an App called RentCafe.App through which they are charging from you different kinds of extra fees. And if you trying to explain or complain they said that they charged nothing it is your bank. Accordingly to my example, I opened the dispute with bank because they said it is bank fault but bank made investigation and resulted that it is Blossom Way fault, as a result the Greens on Blossom charged from me dispute amount plus 200% an extra (above) because I disputed their fees. And now when I asked to respond to my email they said they will not respond through writing! Never do not recommend this company! Be very careful in your choice, as it may disturb your peace of mind. I'm afraid of every new month with them, because here it means expecting new troubles.
