Don't worry I run the drive-thru across the street, I've made many complaints and nothing is done so I will be suggesting that no customer that comes to my drive-thru go to your store... I have had family members and other people go to the store and they are humiliated or berated by the older gentleman that works at night if he does not like them. I hope you know we have back-to-back cars and guarantee they're all from this area This store has great service unless you go there after 5:00 and you get the older gentleman. The owner clearly does not care that he is a horrible employee because complaints have been made multiple times. When you go in and this person is working if he's in the middle of something he won't react to you or say hold on he'll make you wait about 5 minutes for him to get to the register. He also doesn't bag any of your items he just set the bag on the counter next to your items. I also know the owner does not care about any complaints made about this person because there has been many and they either delete them or ignore them and he is allowed to keep his job even though he screams and yells at people for no reason or anybody under 18 that comes in there is unwelcome if he is working the register. I have personally witnessed him verbally assaulting a young gentleman who was doing absolutely nothing but using the bathroom and grabbing a snack. The owner clearly doe
