They will not take debit cards or cash on moving vans or pickup trucks, the only thing they accept is a credit card, which I dont use. I was not told of this until I went to pick up the van I reserved, and now Im stuck trying to find one somewhere else last minute. Thanks.

this is the most disgusting and unprofessional storage facility ive ever seen. i went in to retrieve my things from my unit after being away for a while, and almost everything was completely chewed through and covered in mouse droppings. i even found a whole dead mouse in one of my boxes, and a few of my things were so soiled with mouse excrement that i had to throw them away which is very frustrating and disappointing, especially considering id been paying a little bit extra for a unit that was supposed to be protected and climate-controlled. this place offers zero compensation or solutions for damaged property or rodent infestations. on top of that, the manager (named rose torrance) is absolutely awful. she has been extremely rude, impolite, condescending and unhelpful in every interaction ive ever had with her, and i am not the only person who has experienced this with her. her attitude is very unpleasant and uncaring, as if she hates her job and anyone who speaks to her, and i personally believe she has no business working in customer service. i will never return to this facility ever again, nor would i recommend it to anyone who actually cares about their property. on a better note, i will say that the guys who work in the front desk area are absolutely wonderful. they are always super sweet, compassionate and personable, and quick to help in any way they can. those guys are probably the only good quality of this whole place, and they definitely deserve a raise in my opinion.
