My husband went in with a slow leak. The wait was about an hour, we were told on the phone, this was a Saturday afternoon, no problem. Ran errands came back, early fixed it at no cost. Customer service was very good. Not just for the tire, but letting us know what to expect under the circumstances. We will be going back.

Wonderful experience at the Discount Tire in Jonesboro, Arkansas! Nate, the Store Manager, was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. His crew and staff were also great! They were honest and clearly experts in their field. They were ready and willing to help. Despite how busy they were, I was helped in a timely manner, and the crew appeared to be having fun while working. Its refreshing to see a positive working environment with good morale. Kudos to Nate and his team! If you need tires, wheels, wiper blades, a free air check, etc., they have you covered! They also educated me on tire safety I had no idea about half the things. Just a wonderful experience I will be back!
