I brought in my car for a routine oil change and check up.  The lady working the front desk was frazzled, unprofessional, and extraordinarily unhelpful.  The mechanics were excellent and very communicative, but it took two hours for her to get my car checked in and to pay for the services.  The front desk worker also kept telling everyone waiting in the lobby that she was lying to people calling in with a broken down vehicle that were stranded.  She told us that she lied and said that the truck they use to pick up stranded motorists "was broken" because she was too busy to deal with the calls.  Great mechanics, terrible front desk worker.

Quick service ,very helpful and cheerful staff. Have  found them to be extremely honest in that they suggested a different place to have my Dually aligned. They said that they did not have the right equipment to align it right. Their prices are very competitive.

Great customer service! Get you in and out fast. Explain in detail what they will do before, then what that did after.  Nice waiting area w/ free popcorn/coffee and a play area for smaller kids.

I've bought many a tire and had many oil changes here, and they've always been very friendly with excellent customer service. Fair prices, and they get the work done when they say they will. One time, I dropped my car off first thing in the morning with the intention of walking about a half mile over the bypass to work, and one of the workers insisted on giving me a ride. Highly recommended!
