I bank near Hot Springs Village and Bank OZK has the most efficient, helpful employees I have dealt with. I would recommend this bank to any and everyone.

I didn't feel the clerk/auditor knew much about taxes. He evaded my questions because I don't feel he knew the answers. I had very had time communicating with him.
