        Very disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to return calls/emails in a timely manner. Being new to the area, we were looking forward to allowing someone local to handle our tax needs. This has been the most difficult time Ive ever had getting my taxes filed. We will not be using this tax provider again.
