        Ridiculous fees. They do not take care of the customers, ever. They have been in class action lawsuits over their intentional fees. They are at it again. Banks like this do not last very long. Management needs to go.

        My husband and I have officially had Simmons Bank as our bank for over a year now. We absolutely love how professional they are. They are always very nice and helpful with any questions we have or need answered. In my husbands own words - they are the best bank ever and Im very happy to have chosen them as our bank and I agree 100% completely with him. They really are the best bank ever and I am also very happy with them being our bank, its one of the best decisions we have made financially, they also have Simmons bank App, its absolutely amazing being able to get help whenever you need over the phone with customer service while being at home or somewhere else if your not able to make it in person, you can always check your account and more on the app. I highly recommend them for anyone that is interested. We love this bank. Thank you Simmons bank for being so helpful,supportive, and caring to/ for us.
