        So they tell us for our business to call in a change we try and they put us on hold for 30 mins then wen I get to bank the manager comes to window saying I have to call it in. Which I then tell her we did u got it and its not my fault u have idiots working for u! Hate that we use this bank!

        Will be in Monday to close my account. I went by this morning to get cash, ATM out of order. Consistently an issue at this branch. That's not why I'm closing account. Sent a co-worker back to cash a check from my personal account (because of ATM closure), she was treated extremely rude in the drive thru. I understand there are policies for non customers, I get it. But when you treat an honest person that I work with rudely and unprofessionally, I am taking my business elsewhere.
