    I took my grandmother here to get a notary for some papers. I ran up the steps to make sure they were open b4 having her walk up the ramp. Once we got to the doors they were locking them in our face! Shes been banking with them for more years then I have been alive, & this is how they treat her! Shes is 95 years old and they saw me check the doors, and they saw us walking up and they couldn't wait for 2 minutes! The drive thru was gonna be open for another hour but we couldn't do what we needed in the drive thru. I was so disgusted with the lack of respect and the lack of any kind of customer service. I will never darken that door again, nor will I use any other regions bank for anything. That was the rudest thing ever. You could see us walking up the ramp to your door and you lock it in our faces! I've never been so furious with someone! Yalls lucky my grandma was there or id have probably went to jail. Karma is a bit*@^!!

    Banking made easy. I'm a senior citizen time's are changing and I'm also in a wheelchair. I've managed to do 99% of my banking online in the last eight years. I've been in a branch office only three times out of the eight years. I've moved to four different states in the last eight years banking with REGIONS BANK...........

    We've been with Regions for 22 years and never had any problems. But their overdraft fee is double than most other banks. And if you lose your debit card you just go to the main branch downtown and they'll print you out a new one that only takes 5 mins.
