I give it a 2 star because after reserving a truck online I did get a call while on my way to say, sorry we double booked online services always do this.

The absolute worst customer service ever! Had a reservation at 1, car not ready, said give me 10 minutes. That was half an hour ago.

They had no cars, but at least the rental agent was there. Enterprise agent never even showed up!

Good experience reserving my car, it was my wedding day and I was frazzled trying to get the car reserved. Shondra was great helping me get it all figured out!
