Do not rent from this company. They commit fraud by placing a claim on your insurance that you have damaged their vehicle months after you have returned the vehicle. Too bad for them that I keep good records. Update: people please take pictures of any thing you ever rent before you ever drive it and after you take it back. Your phone will time stamp and date stamp and having those pictures is priceless. Take pictures of everything(inside and out) and also get copies of every thing you sign and I would have them sign something when youtake the vehicle back stating that you did no damage

My overall rental experience was fantastic even though it started out with some frustration. When I arrived to pick up my rental. I had requested a van due to the number of people going. Upon arrival, I was told that my vehicle was not there as they were waiting for some to be returned. After checking in throughout the day, it was evident that the original vehicle I requested was not going to be available. But Colton, Jonny, Kyle, and the rest of the team went above and beyond to fix the situation. I was able to get two cars in order to meet our needs. I cant express how above and beyond the staff went for us. Excellent customer service from this team!
