We would highly recommend Nicky. We recently sold our first home with Nicky, and she made the process so clear and easy. She has set our expectations for home sales very high. Nickys knowledge of and network in the NWA market, particularly in Hyde Park, are invaluable. We listed our house, had 5 showings, and received a full price offer the same day. My husband and I had a lot of questions about the selling process and the offer on our house and Nicky was always available to provide answers and guidance. We encountered some unique circumstances during the home selling process and Nicky navigated these with ease building our trust along the way. My experience working with Nicky has been incredible! I knew from the beginning I had picked an excellent partner to help me find my home in NWA!! She is kind, truly cared about her clients, extremely knowledgeable of all things NWA Real Estate, and an excellent communicator. I couldn't have asked for a better partner in finding my new home here in NWA. I relocated from Texas to NWA and my home buying journey has been a long one, she was SO patient with me and truly cared that I found the right home for me, no matter how long it took! (and it took many trips :) !!) We finally found THE house and she made special trips over there for me during the home buying process to ensure I was getting everything I needed. She went to great lengths to make sure I closed on the house when I needed to. Nicky was amazing to work with during the entire process. Before working with her my husband and I were considering selling the house ourselves, and we are so glad that we didn't. From the first conversation we had with Nicky we felt very informed and at ease with the whole process of listing our house. She had our house listed quickly, and it sold on the first day it was on the market for an amazing offer. She was very knowledgeable with the local market and she understood the process of selling the house like the back of her hand. Nicky was wonderful to work with during the whole process, and she made selling our house one of the easiest things we have ever down. It amazed me how expertly she handled everything, and we felt that we were in good hands during the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Nicky, to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
