Purchased a home in which they were the listing agents. The blue tape items were not seen through and fixed, the home wasn't even cleaned and after asking on the day of closing that it would be "cleaned" again, it was still dirty. Cobwebs, mud and sheetrock dust. Wasn't going to leave a review and move on but then they forwarded a final utility bill from the builder to our realtor to have us pay it. Verified with utility provider that it was the builder's bill and responsibility. Very unprofessional and frustrating.
