The real estate market was a bust for the latter part of 2022 and listing our home at the last minute was a challanging thing to do, made tollerable and ultimatly successful by Tricia Necessary, our excellent rep. If we were to do it again, Patricia would be our only choice. Well done.

My sister-in-law stated she had the perfect realtor for me when I came out to NWA. She and my youngest brother had nothing but praise for Tricia Necessary, who helped them find their dream home a few years ago. And they were certainly right! Tricia Necessary is a life long native to NWA and has worked in real estate long enough to know everyone and everything to find the special place that will make you happy for years to come. Having recently retired from a job in Maryland I was in the market for a house near the hospitals and doctors of Rogers and Bentonville but removed from town. I needed quite surroundings and wanted to be close to fishing and outdoor activities. Also, I wanted a deep garage to store a small boat and large pickup truck. Tricia Necessary along with her side kick Mickey spent endless hours searching and showing numerous listings, constantly keeping in mind my "wants & don't wants" list until the perfect retirement home was found. I'm now in a new construction home with deep garage and flat lot in Bella Vista, AR and just 2 minutes to a boat ramp on Loch Lamond (largest of the 7 lakes) and 10 minutes to interstate 49.
