      • The Aquatic Experience

        Our tax return was supposed to be direct deposit, but the lady that filed our taxes put the information in wrong and instead of letting my husband and I know and giving us a chance to get it corrected they just issued our tax return in a check. We were supposed to receive our tax return on the 6th it's now the 14th and still haven't received it. Also after checking what we were charged this year compared to last year, we were charged more that $100 more then last year. Also we have called both the office and their national customer service and we did pay for the guarantee, neither the office nor the office were willing to resolve the mistake. I will never use them again and I will warn anyone I know away from using them. They are truly terrible.
