The whole staff is very kind they always greet you and are very professional when you're there and over the phone. I have been coming here to do my taxes for a couple years now and I have never had a problem with Alvaro and his staff. If he is not available, he will give you a call back, or if you wait in their area, he will get to you as soon as he's done with the customer, he's with. I highly recommend getting your taxes done with them, very knowledgeable and professional. Turnaround time for me is soon because I only have one job but even when I was juggling three jobs, they waited patiently for me to get all my W2s together. My sister has a cleaning business, and they get their business taxes done and have never had a problem. I'm not a person to leave reviews but they do a great job every year.

In April I started a process with this COMPANY SCAM to have them do my paperwork to open a business a month lvaro spoke to me and told me that he had my LLC paper ready, he told me that I had to wait for all the other licenses, he never answers the phone , I leave mns with the secretary and I never receive a call, it is the end of August and I never received anything else, THEY ARE SCAMMERS, save your time and money and don't pay this company for anything. I already filed a complaint against them and did everything in my power to stop them from going through life stealing people's money and time.
