Veronica is lazy. She won't get back to us for days. It took her three weeks to fix a leak in the roof. When we moved out she came like she just got out of bed.ans treated us like we did something wrong. Just because we found another house besides one of hers. I will never us manova reality again.

Manova Realty is not only the classic deadbeat rental manager that ignores requests for maintenance and basic paperwork, but also quite committed to billing former tenants. In spite of my specific requests both through the portal and my former rental manager, Manova tried to bill me for rent two months after my landlord switched to a different agency. They claim it's cancelled, but that remains to be seen. I requested confirmation that I wouldn't be billed through both means of communication when my landlord switched agencies, and again when I got a notification about rent being due. There is no justification for that payment ever being requested, much less receiving the confirmation email that it's been paid, implying they had requested the money from my bank. They also locked me out of my account's payment options upon discontinuing their responsibilities over my complex, so I am unable to directly adjust anything.
