Brett was our realtor for the sale of my in-laws home as we worked to settle their estate. The estate/probate process in general can be overwhelming and arduous. Our biggest task was selling their home, and Brett made it a breeze. From the time the listing went live to closing was less than 30 days! Every step of the way, he would explain to us exactly what should happen next, and then always followed through quickly! Brett is a great communicator and very personable. He bent over backwards to help us the entire time, and really made a difficult time much easier on us. Realtors (and people in general) like Brett dont come along every day, hes the best!

Brett is amazing because he does not just sell houses, he provides a housing service. He manages to represent both buyers and sellers because his "commodity" is helping others. I always felt that he was trying to help me find the right fit and I appreciated his quick replies, efficient work and friendly demeanor. His knowledge of the Tucson area is extensive and he is interested in educating clients about the real estate market. His recommended financial is also really skilled so, if you decide to work with Brett, you can also trust the whole experience will go well.
