We thought about a For Sale By Owner, but realized neither of us were really ready to take that on. It was suggested by a friend we check out Help U Sell. Highly recommended! Very knowledgeable and experienced in how to navigate this real estate market. Helped me with all aspects of the process; from finding a home/land within my approved price range (exceeding my expectations), to helping me negotiate all aspects with the seller/his agents, the mortgage broker/company, and the title company.
