She was responsive to emails and calls, always available to answer any and all questions I had, and when my first contract fell through, she worked with me to find another place as soon as possible, while also ensuring that it was a place I could call home. Let me start saying that I provide reviews only for the best or the worst. Today is for the best! Kayli was amazing! She helped us to find the home we wanted end to end process in a smoothly and nicely manner; she was patient with us knowing exactly when to chime in, no pressure, very respectful at all times, giving us confidence in each step and also happy to answer our questions (that we had a lot) - I recognize that we are not exactly super easy customers, we are picky; we started as exploring mood, and not exactly knowing our wants, but she realized the exact moment when we found the home; she stayed there ready for us when we need her; I feel her at our side all the time. Bonus: she speaks Spanish in her best capacity that helped us to deal with the language few times when needed. I really recommend working with her
