I had an eye exam for contacts and glasses in the middle of February. It is now april and I still haven't received my contacts. Everytime I call no one seems to know what's going on. I would think it would be more organized and staff would be keeping track of things. It feels like a total waste of money!

Dr. Charr was very respectful, listened to everything I had to say, and was extremely polite. The whole staff made me feel welcome and valued. Ill definitely be coming back. I cant wait for my glasses to come in!

So amazing, I love this place and Kate and Nikki were so amazing and nice to me
Also the doctor is on point and superb beyond measure with his experience and capability

My fiance got her appointment cancelled in the morning because she was 8 minutes late. They said that the doctor can't fall behind and that those 8 minutes would put him behind. They rescheduled for us to come back at 4. We got here 10 minutes before to be waiting here in the waiting room for almost an hour now. And there are still people ahead of us. Staff is unprofessional while clients are in here talking about bad experiences at Popeyes and the whole experience has been terrible. Staff needs training badly. Go somewhere else for your glasses and contact needs. Trust me waiting here is not worth it.

I had my contacts exam appt. they didn't have one of my Rx so they ordered it, two weeks later they're finally in, only to tell me that I need a follow up appt which the soonest they have is 9 days later.
Unacceptable, please don't go there for your contacts.
