Dr. Shih is very knowledgeable and personable, and gave me time for as many questions as I might have. I'll be back. Only problem, the door doesn't say Tucson Foot and Ankle, it says Head to Toe.

Staff is super friendly, check-in was seamless. Dr. Shih is great and easy to talk to. Highly recommend.

RESPONSE TO BUSINESS: I am not lying about the black and blue on my toes after the visit. As of the second pair, I asked how much would that be and whether there are any discounts and was told it would be exact same price. ******************************************** My recent visit went well, except for a few issues: Dr. Shih wanted to examine my feet and see if I experience any pain in certain areas. To do so he squeezed my toes with such pressure that made me almost scream in pain every time. He did that several times in different areas of the foot and I felt very uncomfortable. I understand he wants to sell treatments, such as injections, massages, sound wave therapy and such, but I felt that pressing and squeezing my feet and toes with such force was unnecessary. I believe anyone, even those with healthy feet, would be in pain after that. I did feel a bit pressured by the doctor, who continued to recommend all kinds of treatments, even though the only reason I made an appointment is to make new orthotics to replace my 15-year-old ones. I had hard time walking back to the car after and the next day Ive noticed some black-and-blues in the areas he examined. The price for orthotics I found to be steep, and I wasn't offered 10% off second pair, like one person did here on these reviews. I am still waiting on my orthotics to arrive, hopefully there would be no adjustments needed.
