This place canceled our appointments 2 times due to technical issues. And each time they called the day of appointment minutes before. I will not be going back for reschedule.

Very upset with my experience here. The tech that did my exam blew air in my eyes not just once but several times with the machine that checks for glaucoma. The 'virtual' doctor told me that my test revealed that I had abnormal results and referred me to a specialist for a glaucoma evaluation. I paid almost $300 out of pocket for the evaluation, only for them to tell me that there's NO evidence of glaucoma.

The last time I went there was to reorder contacts and of course the staff was great. But, I must say, the first time I went the doctor was by far the best ophthalmologist that I've ever met. Granted it's only probably been 10 different ophthalmologist, but he definitely was the best!

Alicia provided me 5-star customer service. She guided me through my rather particular order and made me feel well taken care of. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and greeted me by name when I entered the store. She sets the standard for how to treat and retain customers!

Don't go to this location they don't have an in person dr and if the tech doesnt do something right they wont let you finish your exams and make you waist your time , they blame you for not passing the exam and try to re schedule for 3 weeks out . They refused to re test me not knowing when the tech was testing me he wouldnt even guide me the correct way when test would finish he would not tell me they were done i would look up and he was on his phone with facebook opened so if it was someones fault it was the tech for not doing his job correctly or paying attention i guess to them facebook and being on their phones is more important than providing a good customer service.
