Tucson Optometry Clinic - West

Tucson Optometry is a nice office with a personal approach & friendly atmosphere. I felt the eyeglasses I purchased there following my exam provided me clarity and excellent vision. I highly recommend.

Very nice people! Im a new patient and they treated me like Ive been coming here for years. For me that was great because I didnt have to go through the awkwardness of being a new patient. I also really appreciated not feeling expected or obligated to buy frames right then and there. They have a great selection and I may go with them but I dont feel pressured at all.

Everyone was really nice but thats where the positive ends, I spent 4 months having this doctor trying to correct my prescription and it was just wrong, the last try it was close but not right, I went to a different doctor in town and he immediately knew what was wrong, he fixed it and my vision is perfect so clear and crisp I can see so well now that I now realize how awful my lenses and prescription from Tucson optometry clinic were. I do not recommend this place at all for people with strong astigmatism they just do not do a good job of getting the lenses correct. I highly highly recommend *** he took his time went over and over old scripts new scripts made sure my eyes were healthy and very quickly picked out what dr Jake couldnt find in months! ** cant figure out how to reply to you , you can check my file and see the history its current just happened recently. Look me up by my name listed here, I was so disappointed in the service I received, my new eye doctor said it was ridiculous that I was told I may need eye therapy and that the issue was with the lens and had it been looked at under the microscope the doctor should have been able to see the issue right away. My new eye doctor is taking care of me, I got my new lens from him and my vision is fantastic no more blurry vision.

I have attended both Tucson Optometry Clinic offices in the past, and have always been impressed by the staff's professionalism and quality care. This past year in particular, they were most accommodating of a special medical request, when others in town were not. Then when a purchased product did not live up to mutual exceptions, they enabled a seamless exchange that was more suitable. Five stars for Drs. Hiscox and their dedicated team!
