        Called before hand to say i would be coming within the hour and did i need an appointment. Upon arriving my temperature was taken , health plan info checked on her computer then was told since their computer was shut down i would have to return after the xmas holiday, which ment 6days later according to the rude cow who wait on me. Dismissive and surly . Ugh!

        Very helpful workers, Came in yesterday with my damaged frames and a nice gentleman ( Didn't get his name unfortunately ) saved me $60 I would have spent to use my protection plan, he Salvaged my glasses and fixed them in a few minutes. So now I still have my protection plan till November, and saved money! Much Appreciated!

        very unprofessional. horrible time management. i had an apt at 10:45 did not get check till almost 12:30. no apologies. the Dr. did not ask any questions AT all. wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for sure
