My 87 year old Mom was mistreated by the management on Grant Rd. She accidentally bought the wrong item and literally turned around to return it and they refused. It was never touched but they were nasty to her. Lucky for them so was not with her. Rude and nasty manager who needs to learn how to treat customers. The receipt clearly states the return policy that they do not honor. I buy medical supplies a lot for my daughter but I can tell you I WILL NEVER SHOP at either location. If I could give zero stars I would. If it was not returnable explain it to her instead of being disrespectful and nasty.

Amazing staff at both locations! Literal life savers... recieved my bed ridden grandma unexpectedly and med tech at both locations helped me with all necessities. Had a wheelchair immediately ready for me to pick up after I called. Staff was beyond friendly and informative! Highly recommended! Thank you guys!

I am so impressed with this store.  We have a Smartscoot mobility scooter that you can only buy on line and that no one services locally.  We had a small issue with the brake disc and I spoke to the Matt who is in charge of service.  He said, "Bring it in.  I've never worked on one before but I would be happy to take a look."  He was a lifesaver.  He fixed it in a day!  He is now our go-to guy and he was such a pleasure to deal with.
