Alice Rae Lingerie

Never has a bra shopping experience been anywhere near pleasant but-yesterday I headed over to Alice Rae and Stephanie greeted me, and from there, gave me such amazing customer service. I bought 4 bras, but must have tried on 25 of them, she never once seemed anything but happy to help me. The atmosphere and merchandise are lovely but the staff are truly what made this an amazing experience for me. We laughed, we sang lol thank you Stephanie so much, I am delighted with my items. I should add, prior to coming in, I called and I don't know who I spoke to but she was lovely as well, assuring me that if I came in, I'd surely find something for my needs. This is my intimate apparel shop from now on, thank you!

Went into this amazing store today. The ladies in the store are so nice and helpful. They size you and shop for you. They have many choices. I am so happy I found Alice Rae Lingerie. Referring my family and friends. Will back to shop for more.

I cannot say enough about Alice Rae!! They are absolutely amazing! I was very nervous not only to do a Boudoir shoot but also finding an outfit for the shoot, they were so amazing in helping me every step of the way! They brought ideas and style and helped me pick an outfit (or 2) that I absolutely love and feel so confident in! They also have great quality products in their store and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for!! 5 stars is not enough they need at least 10!

10/10! It can be very vulnerable doing getting a fitting done depending on your comfortability. I can definitely say it is very personal for me. Christine who worked there provided a great experience and helped me find the right fit and get what I needed. She was super helpful and attentive to my needs.

I was measured correctly and with their help, I found a good amount of selection and a fine quality in their bras. I have been a loyal customer from way back and would follow them to Mars, if necessary. P.S., alterations by Ramona are unsurpassed by anyone within a 100 mile radius. Thanks for always being kind and for providing an absolutely positive experience.
