I never got my test results or explanation about them. Was told I'd have 3 specialist referrals contact me and not one did. I scheduled another appointment to ask what happened but I had to call and cancel due to Covid symptoms. Then I got a letter saying I'd be dropped as a patient if I skip another appointment, even after I explained why I needed to cancel. A year later I schedule another appointment to get the referrals again. I drove 1.5 hours and was 10 minutes late due to an accident blocking traffic. The receptionist could care less and said I'd have to reschedule? I explained I only needed a referral and didn't even need to see the doctor but she didn't say anything but you'll have to reschedule. These doctors ALWAYS make us wait for 30 plus minutes but they couldn't handle a "customer" being 10 minutes late just to get paperwork? I'm going to give TMC another chance but will find another doctor if there are more disappointments. Why does the medical industry feel they don't need to worry about customer service?
