Today was odd from the beginning. I picked a wash machine on an end and was next to a machine in use, then next to that, a gentleman was filling his machine. The young male employee barged in between both of us customers and did not say excuse me. Both the other customer and I were literally treated rudely since we were also filling our machines and the employee never said a word that he needed some space or was going to unload. I said, oh! jm sorry cuz he pushed my open door closed while I was filling my machine. The other customer said, next time say excuse me. Employee claimed he did but he did not. If he did we both wouldve heard him. Employee said to us if we were unhappy to take our business somewhere else. How rude!! Ive come to this laundromat for two years and he is the second one now to not act professional on the job!
Who trains these people? Its not difficult to be kind or patient or polite. In fact thats how you keep your customer. I wont be back. Owners here are nice but not the employees.

This is my first time using this laundromat, From the moment I walked in the experience was Great! The attendant Kimberly greets everyone with a smile and is very helpful. All the machines are nice newer models and plenty of them. The place is very clean! All the change machines and vending machines are in working order. This will be the one for me.

Misty is an exceptional attendant. She and a friendly laundry guest helped me understand the process and how to select the best machines for my needs. Clean establishment and great people. I highly recommend this Laundromat!
