Laundry mat had broken washers, we washed a load and the washer bleached all the clothes. We put no bleach in the washer and do not even have any bleach. Attendant said she had just used the washer and claims she did not use bleach but clearly something must be wrong with washer to not have bleach added but bleach an entire load of clothes. She stated she would text the owner but no response or anything. We left, wont use them again as washer must have had bleach stick in line

It has always been a place with good service, until now thanks to the attitude of the person in charge today, Sunday. It turns out that there are a lot of people and the only dryers available are the oldest ones in the place. I put my clothes there to dry and it didn't dry after 18 minutes. I let mrs. And he told me it was at my own risk. If there is not even a notice, nothing. I changed it to another dryer and it still doesn't dry, and it tells me the same thing and now it's running on me. Terrible customer service is a shame.

Clean facility with new equipment. No complaints. Reasonably priced friendly staff. Located right off I-19 and Irvington. Next to Texas Roadhouse with shopping nearby.
