I am uncomfortable going to this location now because the attendant is always rude and makes us feel like a huge inconvenience to her. The hours are clearly listed that they close at 10pm. To wash and dry your clothes it will take around an hour and 20 minutes. If you come around 8pm, the attendant makes rude remarks about you putting your items in the wash that late. We went to grab our laundry out of the dryer at 9:20pm and the attendant was extremely rude, saying that she was waiting on us. YOU CLOSE AT 10PM. She wants everyone out of there so that she can leave early. All of the employees put the Closed sign up at least an hour before closing, as soon as nobody is around. This business needs new employees.

Attendants often say some passive aggressive rude comment to you if you come in after 9 to grab your clothes, even though they are open until 10pm, because they want to lock up the doors and go home instead of doing their job during the posted operating hours. They regularly turn their open sign off at 7 or 7:30 even though last load is 8pm. Over half of the machines are out of service as of right now. This laundromat has really gone downhill...
