        My old trusty iPhone froze with half a screen. I couldnt turn it off or do anything. I have the insurance but honestly who wants to be without a phone. I thought what the heck Ill pull into T mobile and say a Hail Mary. David the manager saved me. He was able to reboot my phone for me in a second. Ive had nothing but good experiences with T mobile. Having David be so pleasant and knowledgeable is the reason Ill be staying with T mobile.
