Ruined literally every aspect of why we went in... Walked in with a phone from another carrier and wanted to trade it in for the same phone with Verizon. Wanted to switch our plan to Unlimited. Well the phone was never set up/activated and the plan was never changed. It took an hour and forty minutes to hand us a phone that was in no way set up. We could have just done the trade-in and walked away with the phone to activate ourselves and call customer support to change the plan. But that's not all... They also messed up on the trade-in credit. Now I have to pay an additional $355 because they credited my account $355 several months ago. Instead, they were supposed to put a $450 credit on our account that offsets the cost over the course of 24 months.
