went in to get some tech help and usually people are lazy to help but that kid Julian is amazing! My phone is a bit old and he worked through it with no problem! Upgrading next paycheck and I know who to go to! 10/10

After ordering a phone that was supposed to be delivered to the store within 2 days not only was the phone not there it was never ordered. Having to deal with a 2nd custom service agent ( if that’s what he calls himself) the service was terrible as he had no clue that the phone was ordered and went on to say this was his first day back after vacation so he didn’t know what was said. Not professional at all and never offered any real help to solve the issue. Only asked us to pay upfront and then he would order us a phone. After asking him to see if any other store had the phone he sent us to another store that was 10 miles away. So we went to the store on Valencia and Cardinal which was 1 mile away and not only did they have the phone, the customer service was so good (5*) I decided to buy 2 phones. Moral of the story is customer service is key to any business relationship and I would not recommend the Ajo and Kinney store to do business at. Buyer beware!!!
