tried for 45mins to call to check med status-on hold someone pick up and place back on hold or hung up before I could even ask a question- drove down-all RX was not ready-had to go to different location after 2 days of being told RX was going to be filled- I was given attitude- no verbal confirmation/ no communication on how to take NEW meds! Pharmacy is a JOKE!

Just like every other review on here, they dont answer calls. They pick up after 3 minutes and without saying a word they put you back on hold. Its a cycle. Say on hold for 35 minutes. Unbelievable!
I then called the pharmacy back and confirmed with the automated phone service that the location has my prescription. I go in and they say they havent received it. I explain that their pharmacys automated phone service says they do have it. I was told that sometimes their system doesnt receive a prescription for several hours after their automated service receives it. I dont understand how thats possible. How is their automated system telling patients that the prescription is ready but they claim they dont even have it yet.

Endless phone wait-then it hangs up on me. I dont have confidence in this particular Walgreens.
